Besnik Berisha, Noizy's lawyer, who is in custody after a fight in Peja, reacted by saying that the arrest warrant is illegal.

In a reaction on social networks, the lawyer stated that, unlike what has been reported, Medi Iseni has a slight physical injury.

According to him, the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Peja cannot provide even an expert report for serious injury to Medi Isen.

The reaction of Noizy's lawyer:

Two words about Noizy since we "opened" the bridge. Noizy is illegally charged with grievous bodily harm and this will be proven in the near future.

The victim in this case suffered only minor bodily injuries, although not due to Noizy's fault nor due to his involvement in this incident.

Slight bodily harm does not justify an arrest warrant or detention. Point!

As it seems, the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Peja does not have the courage to provide the medical documentation with an expert opinion.

Normally, I would have invited them to deny it, but I know that they can't and have nothing to do with it.
