Evidence/ Journalist reveals SPAK, Ahmetaj has never been under investigation

" Arben Ahmetaj is not under investigation ", this was SPAK's response to journalist Arsen Rusta who requested information about former minister Arben Ahmetaj.

Adriatik Doçi , the journalist who reported to SPAK, the scandal of payments made to former minister Arben Ahmetaj by the wanted businessman, Klodian Zoto , writes that according to SPAK , until July 27, 2022, Ahmetaj was not under investigation as an accomplice with Klodian Zoto.

According to the SPAK journalist, he claims that the former minister is being investigated only after the evidence that was hidden by the investigators ( Ened Nakuçi and Klodian Braho ) was discovered .

Doçi writes that some important questions deserve answers, in order to stabilize the faltering trust in SPAK.

In March 2022, SPAK prosecutors found Klodian Zoto's e-mails on the latter's computers. From the recovery of the data, the payments made by Klodian Zoto to public officials, for travel and their accommodation in 5-star hotels in Europe, in exchange for copying papers and signing them for the finalization of the concession of incinerators, where the beneficiaries it was Zoto's company.

Klodian Zoto paid for hotel accommodation for Arben Ahmetaj, as former Minister of Economy and then of Finance, as well as Etleva Kondit, former director of Damian Gjiknuri for PPPs in the Ministry of Energy and member of the Bid Evaluation Commission for incinerators .

But, surprisingly, only the payments of Klodian Zoto on behalf of Etleva Kondi, which the two prosecutors Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi have charged with judicial responsibility, appear in the investigation file of SPAK.

Klodian Zoto's payments to Arben Ahmatej are missing from the file. SPAK closed the investigations a few days ago, taking the file for the Fier and Elbasan incinerator to the court for trial.

I got hold of the hidden evidence implicating Arben Ahmetaj in corruption, as well as the two prosecutors of the case, Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi, who are suspected of diverting the investigations.

Why did the prosecutors see the evidence against Etleva Kondi and not the evidence against Arben Ahmetaj?

Why was the evidence for the former top official hidden?

Is Arben Ahmetaj being investigated, when did the investigation start and on what evidence?

Have the investigations on the incinerators file been divided fictitiously and unnecessarily, in order to create spaces to save the heads of the incinerators from criminal responsibility?
