Journalist Evis Ahmeti, this evening, revealed other details from the life of Marjeta Karaj, arrested in recent days by the Tirana Police, after being accused of ordering the rape and burning alive of Mendu Kurtdeda, 5 years ago in Dajt.

Invited to the show "Open", Ahmeti has cast doubts that Marjeta Karaj may have influenced the police, referring to the case of Faik Strojka, one of the people raped by her order. This citizen has denounced the violence by certain persons, by order of Karaj, and was expressly told that he would have the fate of Menduh Kurtdeda.

The journalist has discovered yet another detail from what she called scandals from Marjeta's life, stating that at a party with about 300 guests at the Tirana Hotel, she raped a former deputy, over a debt issue.

Statement of journalist Evis Ahmeti:

"Marjeta may have influenced the police. In May 2017, when the body of the 61-year-old man was discovered, but it was not yet identified who it belonged to, during the show "Me Zemër te Hapur" we published Besmir's Facebook page and the comments with Faik. They had taken a picture of the two, I also asked Basmirti's father and told him what this communication was about. He said to the boss, Besi, while Faik replied, I am not your boss, we will be collaborators for life.

So we are talking about coded issues and coded messages. When Faiku went (to the police) in 2020-2021, violated by a group of people, he talks not only about his incident but also about Kurtdeda, how is it possible that the police, we as journalists with a short investigation on Facebook, saw this communication. How is it possible that the police did it? Because Faiku has clearly spoken about the event of that time and his event. I find it very unbelievable how Gazmir Ngota was found to confront Faik.

Besmir Karaj has been in Albania until November 2022, until a few weeks ago.

Marjeta has scandals with a history of beating many people, former deputy in joint activities at Hotel Tirana with 300 people, he was beaten for the debt he asked Marjeta. Marjeta herself beat him. Why don't the police talk? A person from Lezha and one from Laçi who also had boyfriends. In these organizations, one of Marjeta's collaborators has been arrested, another one is expected.

These associations are sprouting like mushrooms and I have taken it out on my back, because I filed a complaint because young people came out asking for money in the name of my show."
