The prosecution demands prison for the elder who raped the young woman in

Ervis Rapo , the headman of the village of Rehovë in Korçë, will face this weekend in court with the charge of "Performing sexual intercourse without desire with helpless and unprotected persons".

The city's prosecution, this Friday, addressed a request to the court of Korça, requesting the appointment of the security measure "arrest in prison" for the elder Ervis Rapo. The young man did not accept the charge claiming that everything was done for revenge by the girl's father.

But on the other hand, the girl's father stated to the police of Korça that he had caught Ervis Rapo naked inside his apartment, while he was having sex with the girl. According to the girl's father, on April 8, he returned to his apartment, as he had finished his daily chores in the village.

Only the girl was in the apartment. When he entered the hallway of the house, he noticed that everything was a mess and his daughter was in a corner. Above her was the headman of Rehovë village, Ervis Rapo, who was naked and had gagged her while having sexual intercourse.

The same testimony was given by the girl, who was interrogated in the presence of social workers and the police.
Despite Ervis Rapo's claims, the prosecutor's office requests his imprisonment, until the event is fully clarified, by performing the necessary forensic examinations, oranews reports .

It is expected that this weekend the court of Korça will say whether it will decide to lock the elder in prison or assign a more lenient measure to Ervis Rapo.
