The Russian Federation has responded to Albania over a year-long investigation to clear what the prosecution considered a state-sponsored attack by the Iranian government to paralyse digital services and cause chaos.

As a Top Channel source said, the reply confirms Moscow's stance on the use of the Telegram app by hackers of Homeland Justice, an account closed by court order. The prosecution also told Top Channel that also in diplomatic ways, data of interest in the investigation were submitted.

But the Russians in their response have a condition for Albania, which according to them to convey other data, the Tirana Prosecution must send the original materials of two Tirana court decisions and the sequestered decision of accounts.

All the then attacks against Akshi, and the "TIMS" police system, have been merged into one that is being investigated for four offences, including illegal surveillance and equipment misuse. Homeland Justice released police records and emails from senior officials, while the investigation found that after two years of attempted hacking, the attackers exploited a public interface. Officially, Top Channel was told that for five electronic engineers suspected of abuse of office, investigations were closed and they were handed over to the court.

They were handed over to the court after they violated two regulations, one akshi and the other on information security, to install antiviruses in the system.

IT is suspected of abuse of office for the first attack on THE AKSH and according to FBI exfiltrations, hackers exploited the fragility of share point 2016, taking user credentials and acting as administrator on servers.
