SPAK will present the claim for Laert Haxhiu on March 18 at 14:30, related to the Lushnja massacre, in September 2017.

In this Thursday's session, the court rejected the request of the defense lawyers regarding the footage. According to the lawyers, an expert report is needed to once again analyze the footage of the security cameras. Haxhi's lawyers again asked the court to give them the opportunity to find the address of the witnesses.

In such conditions, the court also rejected this request of the lawyers. Haxhiu is accused of the assassination of the nephew of Aldo Bares, resulting in the loss of the lives of his two friends.

He is also accused of 4 murders, following the testimony of the repentant Justice Artan Tafani, another investigative file.
