As part of the police mega-operation coded "Rule of Law", the 40-year-old man with the initials DH was arrested after he was declared wanted for "premeditated murder" remaining in the attempt.

On June 3, 2023, it is suspected that he tried to kill a 24-year-old man with a knife, and it was the Court of Tirana, which set the security measure "arrest in prison" for the 40-year-old.

"Services of Police Station No. 4 arrested and detained the citizen DH, 40 years old, resident in Tirana, who was declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense "Premeditated murder" ", left in the attempt. This citizen is suspected of having attempted to kill a 24-year-old man with a cutting tool (knife) on 03.06.2023, in Paskuqan," the police informs.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
