The famous Albanian singer of the '80s, Parashqevi Simaku , after 2 difficult weeks hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital in New York, has finally agreed to receive treatment.

Her family announced on social media that Parashqevia signed the document where she freely agrees, as required by New York law, to be treated with medication to improve her serious psychological condition.

After being rescued from the street situation, without contact with her family in Albania for years, nor with the young son she left behind after the divorce in New York, Parashqevi Simaku went through a severe situation of nervous breakdowns, which necessitated her treatment in a psychiatric hospital.
