The Durrës County Prefecture has warned citizens of heavy rainfall over the next 4 days.

In a statement distributed to the media, he called on citizens and structures to show maximum preparedness, responsibility and cooperation.

"Based on the information of the Military Meteorological Service for the period 06.02.2026–10.02.2026, high-intensity rainfall is predicted in the territory of Durrës District, which may cause difficulties and problems. Given the previous situations that intense rainfall has caused on homes, businesses, infrastructure and the daily lives of citizens, it is necessary for all responsible structures to show maximum readiness, institutional responsibility and continuous cooperation ," announces the Durrës Prefecture.

It calls for taking preventive measures, continuous monitoring of the situation on the ground, immediate reporting of any problems that may arise, as well as inter-institutional coordination to deal with any possible emergency.
