A bartender and waiter who served the killer and the informants, but also the victim Ardian Nikulaj, were as valuable as the camera technology and DNA to guide the investigators on their suspicions.
They told of an anxious, English-speaking customer who later turned out to be the informant who signaled the Portuguese to kill.
In the investigative dossier that Top Channel has, it is mentioned that on the day Nikulaj was killed, the waiter explained that he had caught the attention of a foreigner who spoke English and ordered beer. "I was impressed because the person in question was making suspicious movements and talking on the phone and was not calm," the two eyewitnesses state.
This concerned person, later identified as Harry Simpson, allegedly tipped off the killer, Ruben Saraiva, who, after the failure of three previous observers, managed to provide the right information about Ardian Nikulajn. After his murder, the Portuguese Saraiva left on a motorbike, while Simson left the game of billiards in the middle and after taking a taxi fled from Albania through the airport.
The witness AK also tells how three hours before the crime, the Portuguese who was driving around with the motorcycle with foreign license plates offering him 2 thousand new lek, asked him for fuel saying "ten lek" which meant ten lek. "I understood", says the witness who wanted 10,000 Lek of petrol and then I returned the change./ TCH
