Among the people who helped SP deputy, Jurgis Çyrbja, to avoid being caught by the State Police and other law enforcement bodies, is an individual named Kreshnik alias Sokol, Besnik Budlla or Farruku.
Since May 2020, Farruku has been declared wanted with a "Red Stamp" by the Interpol Tirana office, after the Court of Rome has sentenced him to 6 years and 8 months of imprisonment for the charge of "Trafficking in narcotics".
Also, Farruku was sentenced by the Madrid Court to 7 years and 6 months of imprisonment, for the charge of crimes against health and forgery of documents.
At the same time, Kreshnik Farruku has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to 5 years in prison by the court of Ancona in Italy, for the charge of participating in a Criminal Organization.
But these three decisions until today have not been executed by the Albanian and Italian-Spanish authorities, causing Kreshnik Farruku to continue to remain free in Albania.
Currently, Kreshnik Budlla is in the process of trial for confiscation of property in the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, where the judge of the case in GJKKO is Etleva Deda.
In the communications developed between Jurgis Çyrbja and Kreshnik Farruk, during the months of November 2020-February 2021, it is established that on December 2, 2020, it is in the interest of the investigation that Çyrbja informed the interlocutor Farruku to check the environment around his apartment, as he had information that it could be under observation by state structures and more specifically by employees of the Information Service.
"...Just look at SHIK, there is no one around...", writes Çyrbja to the wanted person, Kreshnik Farruku.
Also in the conversations held between December 27, 2020 and February 29, 2021, Kreshnik Budlla alias Farruku, confirms to Jurgis Çyrbja the fact that he was unemployed and wanted.
While the area was surrounded by police officers, he asked him to be interested in confirming such information, for this reason he left the apartment where he lived
Among other things, Kreshnik Farruku writes to Çyrbjas as follows:
"...what do you say, brother, you can come. I'm sorry, we don't have work, we're looking for... They're telling me that the area is surrounded, ask a little, it's been said that I moved from the area. I'm Peralt, ki the one with stone, mind you, Ki casteli...".
While the other person, Jurgis Çyrbja, confirms the fact that he knew the place where they had left him to meet, writing to him that: "...Yes, I know, one minute".
Also on December 29, 2020, Kreshnik Budlla asked Jurgis Çyrbja to ask about his connections to the police officers who surrounded the area where he lived, writing to him as follows:
"...let's meet a little, see how things are going? Why are they in the area, they are civilians, four or five cars, X5 and two or three cars...".
Jurgis Çyrbja asks Farruk about the color of the vehicle, and after a few moments he confirms to his interlocutors that they were not Durrës police officers, writing to him as follows:
"...what color is X 5 gray? That Durrësi is not...".
In the following communications, Kreshnik Budlla confirms to Çyrba the fact that the police officers had taken his brother, but he did not know the reason, and then confirms to him that they had released his brother after they were looking for Kreshnik's arrest.
The latter was written by Jurgis Çyrbjas in "Sky", sending the messages: "... they took the little brother, brother. Now, I know why. Ask a little what they have, I'm here.... They left him the farmer, they are looking for me...".
Among other things, in the following conversations, Kreshniku informs the interrogator about the fact that all his bank accounts have been blocked by SPAK, as a property investigation was opened against him.
Kreshnik tells Çyrba that: "...brother, all my accounts are blocked...".
To this day, this case, regarding the property investigation of Kreshnik Farruk, continues to be in the trial process at the special court. /Time News
