A 60-year-old German woman allegedly pushed an American citizen down the stairs in Lukovo after a conflict between them.

It is reported that the incident happened this morning and the German citizen with the initials EH is suspected of suffering from mental health.

After the incident, the 54-year-old American woman with the initials TP was transported to the Vlora hospital for medical assistance.

While the 60-year-old woman was accompanied for medical treatment, to the psychiatric hospital of Vlora

It is reported that the two foreign nationals lived in two holiday apartments, for rent, in the building where the conflict took place.

"This morning, in Lukovë, it is suspected that during a momentary conflict, the German citizen EH, 60 years old (allegedly suffering from mental health) pushed the American citizen TP, 54 years old, down the stairs. These two citizens lived in two vacation apartments, for rent, in the facility where the conflict occurred.

The citizen TP was transported to the hospital of Vlora, for medical assistance, while the citizen EH was accompanied for medical treatment to the psychiatric hospital of Vlora.

The investigative team is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the event. In this case, the respective embassies have been notified" , the blue uniforms reported.
