The DEL-CNG SHPK company has reacted publicly with an official statement after the publication of audio intercepts—which were made known by former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj—where Ron Yeffet 's conversations and plans for arms trade through Albania are heard, and where he declared strong access to the Albanian government.

Through its legal representative, Attorney Altin Kaziaj, the company explains that the audio material was obtained through an unauthorized intervention in its private premises.

"The audio material was obtained through an unauthorized wiretap in the private premises of the Company, constituting an unfair interference in private life or trade secrets. DEL-CNG SHPK, its administrator, employees and associates of the company, were NOT aware of and did NOT consent to the recording or broadcasting, in clear violation of the Constitution, the Criminal Code and Law no. 124/2024 'On the Protection of Personal Data'."

In its statement, the company distances itself from Ron Yeffet, emphasizing that he does not enjoy any status or right of representation on behalf of this entity:

"Mr. Ron Yeffet is NOT a representative, employee, partner or administrator of DEL-CNG SHPK and has no authorization to act or undertake commitments on behalf of the company. The company has no business relationship with him and his presence at the meeting does not constitute an endorsement of his positions by the company."

Regarding the allegations of involvement in illegal schemes or asset seizure, DEL-CNG SHPK rejects them as speculative:

"We reject any speculative allusions to criminal schemes, illegal gain, or illegal seizure of assets. We clarify that our representatives have clearly insisted that any proposed procedure should be pursued exclusively through legal channels. Listening to a proposal or asking questions in a private meeting does not constitute approval or involvement in illegal activity. We emphasize that there is no urgent measure by Albanian law enforcement authorities such as seizure, seizure of assets or a court decision against us."

Furthermore, the company states that publishing the voices and images of staff without permission violates their dignity and safety, and demands the immediate cessation of broadcasts:

"Publication of the voices, names and images of our employees-collaborators without consent violates their privacy, security and dignity. Freedom of the media is respected, but it does not authorize the use of illegal wiretapping or taking conversations out of context, causing harm in many ways."

"We demand the immediate cessation of publication, the complete anonymization of our employees and collaborators, and the publication of this clear position in the interest of the truth."
