A strange event happened in Nartë, Vlora, where an 82-year-old woman was brought to justice. The elderly "criminal", 82 years old, was prosecuted after the chicken coop he was rebuilding was considered construction without a permit by the Prosecutor's Office of the coastal city.

A criminal offense for which she also risks prison, but this measure is very unlikely to be taken by the judging panel due to her age. 

Geron Gunbardhi, the 82-year-old's lawyer, told Euronews that the odyssey against the elderly woman started after her neighbor's denunciation of illegal construction. He said that the elderly woman was violently taken from the police van and even taken to the prosecutor's office, despite her age.

" The whole state, the mayor and the police landed there and violently escorted the old woman, telling her that she was building without a permit. The old woman was dragged away in a police van, the old woman lives alone. Then they asked him at the prosecutor's office. When I took her to the prosecutor's office, the old woman was shaking all over and I thought that this case would be closed, but the prosecuting authority took her to the construction of a warehouse without permission in the village of Nartë , "said the lawyer.
