A gunshot wound occurred last night near a resort on Velipoja beach. Pjerin Brushulli, 48 years old, was shot with a firearm on the beach of Velipoja, while it is learned that he was the one who notified the ambulance, saying that he received a bullet in the body.

So far the police have not accompanied any person who may be related to the event, as there is no fixed place where the event took place. The injured person himself was not able to testify due to a long operation and the severe wound he has on his body.

Police have two main tracks of this event. The first relates to an instant conflict that the 48-year-old may have had, while the second track of the investigation is focused on the past of the injured.

Pjerin Brushulli has previously been sentenced to 15 years in prison because in 2002 he killed his compatriot Kolec Nushi. At that time, 35-year-old Kolec Nushi, from the village of Bërdicë in Shkodra, was killed near his apartment. Brushtulli was 28 years old at the time of the crime.

The court linked the motive for the murder at the time, with explanations given by a number of witnesses, such as the victim's wife, L. Hila, according to whom the murder was committed after years ago, the victim had a love affair with the mother of the defendant.

This relationship was learned in the 90s by the father of the defendant, who for this reason tried to kill the two by throwing a bomb, an action for which he was sentenced to prison, where he died.

The files on this fact have disappeared due to the period in question. Pjerin Brushtulli was arrested in 2008 for the crime he was charged with and it was not long before he left his cell.
