Shkodra Police identifies the perpetrator of the injury of 28 year old Edis Reçaj . After the statements of the 28-year-old but also the surveillance of security cameras in the businesses of the area, the police have made it possible to identify the perpetrator, however his name has not been made public for investigative reasons.

It is learned that the perpetrator and the injured were in a vehicle when he was injured in the leg. Police sources suggest that after injuring his leg ( left knee ), the victim got out of the vehicle and was the brother of the 28-year-old who took him to the hospital.
