At around 2:30 p.m. today, in the "Partizani" neighborhood, it is suspected that citizen PB, 70 years old, for weak motives, shot and wounded his neighbor, citizen VB, 64 years old, who is in Shkodra Regional Hospital, out of danger to his life.

The procedural materials were passed to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for further action.
