The President of the Order of Dentists is suspended, he wasted his office by

Specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, after several months of work in the framework of a criminal proceeding of 2023, have finalized the police operation coded "Election" .

As part of this operation, the security measure "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" was executed for the ND citizen, 68 years old, resident in Tirana.

This citizen, abusing his position as President of the Order of Dentists, did not implement the internal regulation for the new elections of the Steering Committee, and with the end of his term as the holder of this post, he dismissed an employee without right.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions.
