The journalist emphasized on A2 CNN that it was not understood if there was a clash between the head of SHISH and the government, but this was a diplomatic solution

"The issue of Helidon Bendo's departure, despite the fact that it was submitted as a resignation, is shrouded in mystery that the same questions were raised about his predecessors and the relations of the country's chief spies with the prime minister, which were not at the right levels. In the beginning, he had absolute faith in Bendo, he had been in that institution for 21 years and knew him very well and had the government's credibility. And that's why it lasted so long. But what happened next? We did not understand if there was a clash between the head of SHISH and the government, but we saw the diplomatic solution, the bypassing of Bendo by sending him to the USA to better prepare for studies. It is something else to prepare a specialist and send the head of SHISH to the intership and leave him without a rudder. I say that this was an avoidance with the diplomacy of Helidon Bendo".

For journalist Jul Kasapi, the removal of Helidon Bendo from the post of head of SHISH is similar to that of former police director Gladis Nano.

"It seems to me like the story of Gladys Nano. It is not the same but there are many similarities, the same story on the part of the international partners. Bendo, having been in the USA for a year, including the situation in Albania due to cyber attacks, was a forced resignation to not be the same as the dismissal of Gladis Nanos. I don't think that there may not have been clashes, but there was a diplomatic way from Rama as well. But from what I have received information, Bendo has appeared in Albania to resign, but I think that Bendo is an investment of international partners" .

While security expert Arjan Dyrmishi emphasized that the departure of Helidon Bendo to the USA for studies shows the problems with his appointment and verification of qualifications.
