The third civic protest in the capital against construction in the Zvërnec area was held for just over 3 hours, where thousands of citizens gathered again in front of the Prime Minister's Office while demanding the cancellation of the project, the repeal of the law on strategic investments and the mountains package, as well as the resignation of the government.

"Without resignation, there is no dialogue," they said in unison, responding to the call of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who today invited a group of representatives to sit down for a public consultation regarding the project.

"This protest, launched as a reaction to the violation of national property and assets, presents these clear and non-negotiable demands. First, we demand the resignation of the entire government.

"Secondly, we demand the repeal of the law and legal status related to strategic investments, as well as the repeal of the Mountain Package. Thirdly, we demand the cancellation of the amendments to the law on protected areas and cultural heritage," said one of the protesters.

The protest also included special and ironic banners about Rama and Berisha.
