Eljo Bitri, one of the wanted persons of the "Golden Bullet" file who was arrested in December 2022 in the city of Leiden in the Netherlands, has reportedly been added to the list of repentant persons of SPAK and the Belgian prosecutor's office.

He has been in prison for 11 months in a row, while both prosecutions are seeking Bitri's extradition, as he is accused of participating in 7 serious criminal events in Albania.

While in Belgium, Bitri is accused of participating in the murder of Arjan Spahija in the city of Molenbeek, an event that occurred in 2020.

It has recently been learned that Eljo Bitri has agreed to speak on behalf of the Belgian prosecutors, who accuse Bitri and his aunt's son, Elton Roçi, who in Elbasan is known by the nickname "Fat Katnari".

In Belgium, Bitri and Roçi have been officially charged with the murder of Arjan Spahi. Mikael Qosja, who is in Dubai, has been announced as wanted for this event.

Bitri's testimony can be sent by mail and the Albanian authorities or SPAK special prosecutors are expected to travel to the Netherlands to interrogate Eljo Bitri, otherwise known as Bledar Debrova.

Eljo Bitri, in May 2022, was declared wanted during the "Golden Bullet" operation, after his name was mentioned by the repentant Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj, as being involved in the criminal event of the murder of Angelo Avdisa, Dorjan Shkoza and several other attempted murders up to the destruction of property with explosives.

At the same time, according to Duman's confession, Bitri is the negotiator who led Duman to the members of the "Çapja" group in Elbasan, where the goal was to kill Sokol Sanxhaktari.
