The third person in the Shkodra assassination is suspected to be Ibrahim Lici

The third mysterious person who appeared in a video after the assassination attempt with three victims in Shkodër, is thought to be the much-wanted Ibrahim Lici.

He appeared in an amateur video made a few moments after the assassination of his brother Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, both victims of the barrage of bullets.

In the video, the dead bodies of innocent bystanders Flutura Basha and her husband Bashkim Basha, who is still in serious condition, can be seen.

The video then focuses on the Mercedes C-Class car with Croatian license plates, destroyed by bullets and the crash, inside which the targets of the assassination were located. At one point, the cell phone camera films the lifeless body of Hamza Lici as the mysterious person was standing next to him.

He is suspected to be Ibrahim Lici, also called by the nickname "ghost" because for a long time he managed to escape from law enforcement.

His hands are bloody and he also has signs of injury on his face. It is suspected that after escaping the bullets, he got out of the car, took out the lifeless body of his brother Hamzai, who he laid on the pavement and lifted his shirt to possibly see the wounds.

The police have not yet confirmed if he is Ibrahim Lici, but as reported, it is likely to be him.
