Journalist Elton Qyno appeared today at the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK).

He said that he was asked about the communications he made with the phones that were seized by SPAK.

"As for the return of the seized items, as for the seizures against me... On November 12, the issue of legality regarding my detention by SPAK for 12 hours is in the Constitutional Court. They had all the reviews of my phone communications and I asked about them.

I objected to the decisions on the suspension of these inspections and expertises, and that is why I chose not to speak at the premises of SPAK", he declared after leaving the premises of SPAK.

Some time ago, BKH agents went to the well-known investigative journalist's house and seized his phone and computers.
