NEW images are released, where 20-year-old Stivën Toshkëzi died. Toshkezi was shot with a knife after midnight yesterday on the '4 Martyrs' Street in the capital, near the "Partizani" gymnasium, by citizens Ensi Maze and Aksel Hoxhaj.

As can be seen from the footage, Maze and the perpetrator of the crime, Axel Hoxhaj , who wears a hood on his head, are seen walking on the street near the victim's apartment. Stivën Toshëzi was returning from work with his car and at one point he encountered the two people with whom he had a collision and stopped the car.

The perpetrator of the crime heads towards the driver's door where he collides with and shoots Toskëzi with a knife. On the other side of the passenger, the victim's friend comes out and punches Ensi Mazen.

The blow that the 20-year-old received from Aksel Hoxhaj turned out to be fatal and he died in the hospital as a result of his injuries. The blue uniforms were able to arrest the friend of the perpetrator of the crime, Ensi Mazen, while Aksel Hoxhaj himself was declared wanted.

Sources from the investigative group inform that Ensi Maze has declared before judicial police officers that he has no direct relationship with the victim, but was made aware of the conflict by his friend, Aksel Hoxhaj, who is still on the run.

Maze added that he has returned from the Netherlands, where he is also studying, a few days ago. After meeting his friend Aksel, he told him that some time ago he had a conflict with the victim and claimed that the latter had beaten him.

Maze further stated that the reason for their conflict was a girl whom Aksel Hoxhaj liked who was in the same class, but she was in a relationship with the victim. According to him, he went with his friend just to clarify, not knowing that the quarrel would escalate into the use of a knife.
