The former President of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, sued analyst Arjan Curri in court months ago.   

He asked the Tirana court to find Curri guilty of the charges of "defamation" and "insult", related to several statements made by the analyst on the show Top Story, when the event of the execution of Liridona Ademaj in Pristina and the arrest of her husband Naim Murseli as a suspect for ordering a serious crime.

Pacolli asks the court to sentence the analyst to prison.

But what exactly did Curri say in Top Story?

Curri stated: “… Criminology helps me. Why does a man become a murderer, among other things, due to the influence of gender. He was unmarried, due to the challenge his wife may have made, which may be related to his sexual orientation. The prosecution in Kosovo is suspecting a love triangle, which means that the wife, the wife knew the husband's not very masculine love secrets (…) a kind of bisexuality (…) it is suspected that the husband has an extramarital relationship with a man, these are not mine, of course, I tend to believe it, because I know criminology, so I told you a man who kills a woman is unmanly. He is not a man, he is challenged in his masculinity, he does not understand (…).

"The third question I have is why the godfather of Liridona's children, Behgjet Pacolli, is absent from her funeral, he was neither at the first nor the second. We have heard him say that they have a family relationship, it is possible that he also gave the villa to him, if they did not buy it, but for me the prosecution of Pristina should do a deep investigation, about the origin of the money the purchase of that villa if Pacolli has forgiven him, since he is the builder. But I am surprised by the fact why the godfather of Liridona's children does not go to Liridona's two burials. These statements, according to Behgjet Pacolli, are defamatory and have severely damaged his family integrity and damaged his image.
