Eljo Bitri, arrested in the Netherlands and then extradited to Belgium, as a person suspected of having participated in the murder of Arjan Spahi (Arjani i Vogël), turns out to have been in the plans of Mikael Kamami and Arzen Mama to be executed .

In the criminal files registered at SPAK, Eljo Bitri appears under the pseudonym " Delja " and has served for two opposing camps as a hired killer.

But according to the August 2020 conversations held on the "Sky" application between Mikael Kamami and Arzen Mama, Bitri did not show security and loyalty to the group members. So their goal was to use him for several murders and then put the bullet in him as well.

Kamami, Arzen Mama and Talo Çela , had approached Eljo Bitrin in their group, since the event of the Bradashes massacre, where three people were killed.

Bitri was used by the group in the murder of Ervis Kapllani in Kavajë, Endrit Alibej, as well as providing the conditions to carry out the murder of Arjan Spahi, Rigers Spahi and Ardjan Çollak.

But in fact, as it appears in the file, their ultimate goal for Eljo Bitri was to kill him, and such a thing would be accomplished after Bitri was used by the members of the group to carry out two murders, that of Klevis Kapllani and Ardjan Çollak.

Such a fact comes out in the conversation of August 27, 2020, when Arzen Mama talks to Mikael Kamam, telling him that the person "Sinaballa" meaning Klevis Kapllan, has only 3 or 4 entrances to the village. While the villa that was shown to him, is not far from the road.

Mikael Kamami writes to Arzen Mama that they are waiting for "Delja" Ejo Bitri to finish this Klevis Kapllani and Ardjan Çollak, they will remove them from circulation, they will clean them and then they will kill the person who refers to him with the nickname "Delja" which is Eljo Bitri .

But Arzen Mama returns it to Eljo Bitri, saying: " ...don't make plans and wait for once, let me finish this once... " .

Eljo Bitri, after having committed the murder of Klevis Kapllani, is suspected of having served as a lookout to kill Ardjan Çollak in Elbasan.

This event happened in October 2021, where in this month a tragedy happened in the Bitri family.

Siç del në dy dosjet e SPAK, Bitri qëndronte dhe kishte miqësi me anëtarë të klanit “Çopja”, duke punuar për Mikael Kamamin dhe Arzen Mamën, si vrasës me pagesë.

Por njëherësh Bitri ka shërbyer si gjuajtës me pagesë dhe mbante kontakte shoqërore dhe me brigadierin e vrasjeve Nuredin Dumani, që vepronte nën urdhrat e Erjon Alibejt dhe Arjan Spahiut.

Me urdhëresat e lëshuara dhe financimin nga dyshja Alibej-Spahiu, Nuredin Dumani ka deleguar urdhëresën tek Eljo Bitri, i cili së bashku me Henrik Hoxhën, kanë vrarë në Durrës Dorian Shkozën dhe Anxhelo Avdinë.

Njëherësh, Eljo Bitri së bashku me Henrik Hoxhën dhe Skerdi Tasin, vendosën tritolin në shtëpinë e Talo Çelës në Bradashesh, duke shkatërruar pjesërisht objektin.

Por tashmë Eljo Bitri është kthyer në bashkëpunëtor i prokurorisë së Belgjikës, pasi prokurorët e këtij shteti e akuzojnë atë së bashku me Franc Çopjan dhe Mikael Kamamin, kanë organizuar dhe vrarë Arjan Spahiun në vitin 2020 në Molenbek të Belgjikës.

Sipas dosjes hetimore në datën 14 shtator 2020, në orën 18:30, Eljo Bitri bisedon me Mikael Kamamin të cilit i shkruan se:

“…Vëlla u kryyy, vëlla u kryyy…”, pra e njofton se e ka kryer vrasjen e Klevis Kapllani, i cili është gjetur mëngjesit e ditës pasardhëse.

Pak para se të vritej Klevis Kapllani, ka qenë duke biseduar në “Sky” me Nuredin Dumanin, i cili e ka orientuar për të mbajtur një makinë që do përdorej më pas në një vrasje të Bujar Çelës. Vrasësi i shokut të ngushtë të Nuredit Dumanit ishte Eljo Bitri shoku i ngushtë i Nuredinit.

Eljo Bitri, i dërgon mesazh Mikael Kamamit, një foto attachment të shkrepur nga brenda një makine me drita të ndezura në rrugë, e cila duket në ecje. Duhet të jetë momenti i largimit nga vendi i ngjarjes.

Në vijim të komunikimeve ndërmjet tyre Eljo Bitri i shpjegon Mikael Kamamit, dinamikën e zhvillimit të ngjarjes dhe veprimeve të kryera para dhe pas ngjarjes.

Eljo Bitri shpjegoni se, personi që i referohet me pseudonimin "Miku", ka lyer motorrin, ndërsa armët ka fshehur në një ferrë. Kanë pikasur Klevis Kapllanin (objektiv i atentatiti), i cili ka dalë te kafja. Më pas Eljo Bitri së bashku me "Qerosin" kanë ikur dhe kanë marrë armët, ndërsa "Mikut” ia ka kërkuar motorin për ti dala para te rrugica.

Më pas, sapo është afruar Klevis Kapllani, Eljo Bitri e ka qëlluar, ku i shkruan: “…ai vjen edhe e musha plot për pak me iku vlla u pengova dhe më ka humb pistoleta…”.

The dynamics of the event can be understood from the conversation, where the executor is Eljo Bitri himself, while the helper was "Qerosin", who waited for them with a car and another person he refers to as "Miku". For the murder, he used a "Thomson" gun with which he shot the victim 5 times in the chest, while another "pistol" type weapon that he had with him fell on the scene after he tripped and fell.

It is about a "Glock" type pistol that was found at the scene by the Kavaja police, but no fingerprints were found there as Eljo Bitri had cleaned it.

Eljo Bitri writes to Kamami that he had blocked the victim's way with several wads of money, which he had put as an obstacle.

After the murder, he threw the weapon into a canal on the way as they left the scene, where they also passed a place where, according to him, a car accident had occurred.

While the engine was thrown by " ...ke Sakati...", near "...Sakatit... " .

From the context of this conversation, he may have thrown the motorcycle near the area where the citizen Aldo Baho lives, in order to create suspicions that the murder was done by the "Sakat" group.

Further, on September 14, 2020 at around 19:00, Mikael Kamami writes to Arzen Mama, a message with this content saying:

"... I'm done loleeee, he ran away to the p***dh of the captives, the one who shot at "Ili"".

Also, Mikael Kamami talks to Leon Ramani on September 17, where he sends him a photo of Klevis Kapllani and then sends him some messages.

Kamami:  This one killed Uncle Lali

Ramani:  Yes, I understood, for uncle's sake

Kamami:  I also married Lali, I rubbed my whole body

Ramani:  If I lied to you, Lali K.

Kamami:  This kneed 5, I put in 15, now it's the turn of the others.
