In this Wednesday's session, the defense of Ilir Beqaj, the former director of the Saspac agency, requested the investigative materials from the Special Prosecutor's Office, while one of the lawyers of the persons under investigation for this matter did not appear, which led to the postponement of the session.

On July 4 of this year, Ilir Beqaj was placed in handcuffs by order of the prosecutor Elida Kaçkini, who conducted the investigations into the abuse of Saspac funds.

For this matter, Ilir Beqaj, Ermal Kurtualj and Alfred Nikollaj have been left in the security measure "arrest in prison".

Gazmend Haxhia and Elton Martini were left under "house arrest", while Bledar Leka and Bjona Ziaj have the "appearance obligation" measure.
