Nuredin Dumani, one of the 4 collaborators of the SPAK special prosecutor's office, has left the prison premises and, accompanied by BKH officers, has been taken to the places where he has shown that he held the meetings and agreed to receive orders from murders.

Duman was taken to several places in Tirana, Durrës, Rrogozhinë and Elbasan, places where he identified as meeting points between the characters of the world of crime, from whom he received orders to commit murder.

Nuredin Dumani is the main and most important witness of SPAK, in relation to the other three associates such as Henrik Hoxhaj, Klevis Alla and Euglen Halili.

Accompanied by BKH and State Police officers, Duman is said to have been taken to Elbasan, identifying the position of the strike on March 29, 2022, in the area of ​​Papëri.

It was in this place that he showed the trajectory of the movement, the place of delivery of a Kalashnikov assault rifle to a person who arrived that day from Elbasan to Papër, as well as the final moment of the gunshot by Talo Çela.

At the same time, Dumani has also identified the palace in Elbasan where he held a meeting with Erjon Alibej and Arjan Spahina, from whom he concluded an agreement for the purge of 7 persons.

Dumani took SPAK and BKH to the abandoned house in Krastë, where, as he stated in his confession, in that house he met Florenc Çapjan Bledar Muça and Ervis Çausholli, where together they discussed the plan to kill Sokol Sanxhaktar, the son-in-law of the former mayor of Elbasan, Qazim Sejdini.

At the same time, Nuredin Dumani told SPAK and the points of the meeting he had with several characters in Tirana, one of them being the bar where he met Festim Qoli and the lawyer Alban Bengasi.

Similarly, Dumani led SPAK to the entrance of a garage in Durrës, where, as he claims, together with Talo Çelës, they killed Fatmira Dedaj, Ervis Dedaj's mother, on account of Fetsim Qoli.

In his confession given to SPAK, Dumani has mentioned dozens of names of the underworld, with whom he had met and agreed to commit murder.
