Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has issued strong statements in Tirana towards the EU, where she is attending the European Political Community Summit.

Osmani said that the EU is sending bad messages about our region, saying that the door is being opened to those who go to Moscow to see Putin and Kosovo is being blocked.

"There is a total blockade by the EU, our work is not appreciated, the reforms undertaken are not appreciated, the fact that we are 100% with their policies regarding sanctions against Russia, but also other policies, is not appreciated. Unfortunately, a very bad message is being given for our region. The door is being opened more for those who go to Moscow to Putin than for us who see no other path and alternative than the EU.

"We have more demands than we have hopes. Our demands will be loud," said Osmani.
