The 77-year-old woman said that when her husband was crying, one of her three daughters took the papers of the house, managing to take his property and throw him out. It all started after one day the elderly couple showed up at the notary Ilda Peza's office to give her the address, as if their daughter lived in their house so that the daughter could get KEMP for her sick son.

After the death of her husband Tili Kapurani, Varvara went to her daughter in Greece, where she learned that she had lost her apartment, which her daughter Drita had occupied.

The elderly woman reported her to the police, where she learned that the girl had a deed of donation from herself and her deceased husband. But Varvara said that she can neither read nor write.

Under these conditions, the court decided to block the house, but the occupying girl was allowed inside.

The show Stop addressed the Prosecution of Elbasan and the prosecutor Xilian Seferi communicated that the case has been registered and will be processed according to the deadlines.

" The Prosecutor's Office of the Elbasan Judicial District, on the basis of the reference material received from the Elbasan Local Police Directorate, which refers to the report of the citizen Varvara Kapurani, has registered criminal proceedings no. 12/15 of 2022 for the criminal offense of falsifying documents provided by article 186 of the Criminal Code. This criminal case is in the stage of preliminary investigation and the citizen Varvara Kapurani in the capacity of the complainant will be notified as soon as possible", says the announcement of the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office.

The legal office of the show "Stop" prepared a request for lawsuit insurance and return to the apartment for the elderly Varvara Kapurani. The court accepted this request-lawsuit and we went to a bailiff Ilia Elezi for the execution of the decision.

Ndërsa përmbaruesi gjyqësor theksoi se vendimi i gjykatës u zbatua dhe gjithçka është e dokumentuar me proces-verbal dhe me filmime.
