A serious incident took place in the Lodi area in Italy, where an African hit an Albanian taxi driver on the head with a hammer.

The Italian media write that after reaching the destination, to avoid paying the 80 euro toll, the 25-year-old African took out the hammer and attacked the 40-year-old Albanian, who luckily reacted quickly by getting out of the car.

The taxi cameras and the testimony of a resident, who heard the screams and provided information, made it possible to arrest the perpetrator.
