A day after the serious attack in Shkodra (September 8), where two people, Armand Pali and Liridon Kraja, were killed, and two other people, Erogen Vaso and Meri Kaçeri, were seriously injured, the Shkodra police have raised strong suspicions that people close to the Lici family are behind this event.
To carry out some verifications, police officers contacted the head of the family, Mustafa Lici, and asked him to report to the police for verification purposes.
It is learned that Mustafa Lici refused to leave the premises of the house, responding "...I don't leave my house...". Given this situation, a group of officers headed to his apartment in Kiras, Shkodra, and made contact with Mustafa Lici.
The latter provided explanations on the dynamics of the movements he made on November 7 and 8, as well as the reasons for the absence of his two sons from the apartment.
Further, Mustafa Lici informed the police officers that his sister, who has been declared wanted by the police, had been outside Albania for 5 years, having settled in a city in a European Union country.
"Ora News" has learned that in order to convince the police officers, Mustafa Lici called his sister via the "WhatsApp" application, who then spoke with the police officers through images transmitted by camera.
Mustafa's sister explained to the police that she had rented her apartment in Shkodra to two people at different times, for whom she claimed to have notarized contracts for this.
For the arsenal of weapons and several modern drones seized in her apartment, the Shkodra police have declared Barush Bregu wanted, accusing the latter of being the man who supplied Ragip Gila with the weapons.
While Ragip Gila, the only person arrested for the serious incident, is accused of "Murder under qualifying circumstances" to the detriment of Armand Pali, Liridon Krajës and "Murder under qualifying circumstances" to the detriment of Erogen Vaso alias Brajović and Meri Kaçeri./ Ora News
