A union of local and foreign lawyers have come together to bring down, through court decisions, the broken down conversations of the "Sky ECC" application, where many exponents of organized crime and officials appear to be implicated in criminal activity.
This finding was made by the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, who during a meeting with journalists, mentioned the efforts of a group of lawyers, local and foreign, to throw out of the game through court decisions, as illegal and unusable the criminal conversations that took place on "Sky".
But Duman clarified that in this case and for these conversations analyzed in "SKY", SPAK has not invented an extra legal practice. SPAK has referred to European practice and Balkan countries that have had cases of investigative events.
"...we are familiar with the material coming from the counterparts for the "Sky" conversations that the users in Albania and Europe have developed. Before taking the initiative to attack the elements of crime in Albania, we have seen the homologous cases of European countries.
We have referred to the cases when the English courts, as well as the Serbian, French, Dutch, Italian, and Montenegrin courts, have recognized the conversations held on "Sky" as evidence.
Although in Germany a court of first instance of a country decided to overturn these conversations. An Appeal court decision in Germany has declared these conversations regular..." - declared Altin Dumani.
The head of SPAK emphasized that the investigations for the verification and verification of these conversations are continuing, leaving open the possibility of hitting other criminal elements and officials in Albania.
While adding that they have addressed a request to the French authorities for the extradition of the "strongman" of Shkodra, Behar Bajri, detained three weeks ago in the city of Strasbourg.
