The technical director for project design at the ARRSH, Nikollaq Mihali, was presented today at the SPAK premises.

Mihali has been indicted by SPAK along with 5 other ARA officials for violating equality in tenders.

He and 5 officials, Arbër Troka, Miranda Shkurti, Almir Hoxhaj, Erjon Zemanaj, Admir Pahumi, are charged with "Violation of equality of participants in public tenders or auctions." 

According to SPAK, officials violated the law in the tender worth 22 million euros for the "Rehabilitation of the road segment "Palati me sijjetje Overpass - Shqiponja Roundabout" on the New Ring Road in Tirana, announced on June 14, 2019 and signed on October 22, 2019. The tender was won by the joint venture of economic operators: Salillari SHPK– Bajrami N. SHPK.

It is not known whether today's presence at SPAK is related to this matter or in connection with some other investigation.
