The General Secretary of the Council of Ministers, Úngjëll Agaçi, appeared this afternoon at the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).
It is not known how many hours he stayed and when he entered, as he was caught by the media only when he left SPAK.
Asked by journalists about the reasons for his appearance at SPAK, Agaçi refused to make any comments and clarifications for the media, leaving the reason for his visit a mystery.
