Lezha Prosecutor's Office has requested a sentence of 46.8 years in prison for 5 people accused of blackmailing a 15-year-old girl for several months in a row 

In the interview given in the presence of the psychologist and her mother, which are in the investigative file uncovered by Report tc, the minor shows that the person with whom she had sexual intercourse for the first time is Artan Kaçorri and the second person Nik Lleshi . She was walking with her friends, while Artan Kaçorri followed him with his vehicle and the minor started going out with him.

One day in January 2021 he went to her school and gave her a cell phone. They then met on the Thursday of January. According to the girl's testimony he had told her that he would go out one day to have a good time, without telling her what they were going to do. Artan Kaçorri sent the minor on a forest road in the Gziq area of ​​Mirdita and had sex with him in a pressured car. Kaçorri told her that if she told her family she would work with him. But this was not the only time. Kaçorri had another sexual intercourse with him in the area of ​​Prosek, also in his vehicle, threatening him that he knew a lot about the girl and that he would tell everyone if he did not have sexual intercourse again.

During the interrogation, the minor shows that Albert Molla used the same method, through the threat that he would publish the video and had sexual intercourse with her near her apartment. The same story is repeated with Adrian Gjikola, who, knowing that his uncle had intercourse with the girl, got her on the phone and told her that he was aware of it and got her on the phone, pressuring her that if she did not would have intercourse with him, would tell everyone. He went near her apartment and had sex with her. In the same circumstances he had relations with Nik Lleshi and Ermal Tarazhi.

According to the girl, Nik Lleshi called her and threatened to publish a video if she did not meet him. They met near the school in the place called the mill, having sex together, while this episode has been performed four more times. Albert Molla also used the same circumstances, having sex with him, after he had told him that he had other people as friends. Ermal Tarazhi also called the girl, telling her that he had a video for her and would publish it. In these conditions she agreed to meet him and had sexual intercourse with him.

Ndërkohë nga zbardhja e komunikimeve përmes mesazheve në rrjetet sociale dhe platformat e tjera, ka rezultuar se dhe vetë mitura ka pasur komunikime me 5 personat.

 Artan Kaçorri, Albert Molla, Ermal Tarazhi, Nikë Lleshi dhe Adrian Gjikola u arrestuan në muajin maj 2021 nga policia, pas denoncimit babait të një vajze.
