From May 1, every public service will be offered online, while there will be no more counters.

For Prime Minister Edi Rama, this is a new era and a historic station of the Digital Revolution that puts an end to queues, procrastination and tips.

" On May 1, the new era of non-counter services begins. Albania has entered the elite of the most developed countries for digital governance, and is one of the first to offer document services through the national digital platform.

"This is a historic station of the Digital Revolution where the ranks, the creeps and the tips of an era that has reached its last steps end ," Rama said.
