The luxury car seized all these months, was not Clea Long's, but her mother's. The Special Court has accepted Clea Long's request, which is being investigated in a free state by prosecutor Behar Dibra as part of the Laert Haxhia group.

The court decided to return the car to Long, reports Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, after a lawsuit filed by her mother, citizen Sh. Gj, who requested "The return of the seized item according to the minutes of 01.10.2023, at 17:55, held by the judicial police officer at the Police Station Elbasan".

These requests were merged into one at the court session dated 10.07.2024.

At the conclusion of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance on Corruption and

Organized Crime has decided to accept the request submitted by Klea Long's mother for the return of the Mercedes-Benz type vehicle, until the conclusion of the trial.

The court has dismissed klea long's request, which demanded the same because the luxury car according to the papers did not turn out to be in her name.
