One of the most serious episodes in Nuredin Dumani's confession to SPAK prosecutors, in addition to assassinations in exchange for money and robberies, is the rape of Blerta Ruçi, the ex-wife of lawyer Alban Bengasi. Sipas Dumanit, avokati Bengasi u kishte thënë që të mos shqetësoheshin se askush në polici nuk do të hapte çështje për rrahjen e ish-gruas së tij. Siç thekson SPAK në dosje, vërtetë policia nuk e regjistroi denoncimin e Blerta Ruçit për dhunën ndaj saj.

Në datën 30.01.2020 rreth orës 11.15 në Rrugën “Mihal Grameno”, pa shkuar te shkolla 9 vjeçare, në momentin që shtetasja Blerta Ruçi ësht futur në makinën e saj me targa AA 282DI, është afruar një person dhe e ka qëlluar në pjesën e fytyrës. Kjo skenë ka zgjatur disa minuta dhe agresori është larguar nga ana e kundërt e shkollës “Mihal Grameno”. E dëmtuara ka lëvizur në drejtim të shkollës “Osman Myterizi” dhe ka njoftuar policinë.

Nga akti i ekspertimit mjeko-ligjor nr.83 ka rezultuar se: Në trupin e të dëmtuarës u konstatua një ekimozë me karakteristika dhe lokalizime në trup. Dëmtimi i është shkaktuar me mjet mbretës. Dëmtimet e mësipërme hyjnë në kategorinë e atyre dëmtimeve të cilat sjellin pasojën e humbjes së përkohshme të aftësisë deri në 9 ditë. E pyetur pyetur rreth këtij fakti e dëmtuara ka deklaruar se: personi që e goditi mund të jetë i moshës 28-33 vjeç, rreth 178 cm i gjatë, ezmer, flokë të errët të shkurtër.
