Within the framework of the work dynamics and reorganization of management structures, the State Police has announced several new appointments and assignments in the management of Local Police Directorates in several regions of the country.

Director Vilson Bala has been appointed Director of the Korça Local Police Directorate.

Meanwhile, Director Islor Islami has been temporarily appointed Director of the Lezha Local Police Directorate, while Director Afrim Tafa has been temporarily appointed Director of the Durrës Local Police Directorate.

Regarding the Elbasan Local Police Directorate, the General Director of the State Police, Director Madhor Ilir Proda, has decided to revoke the resignation of Director Fatmir Hoxha, due to the high results achieved during the end of 2025 in this directorate. Consequently, Fatmir Hoxha will continue to exercise his duties as Director of the Elbasan Local Police Directorate.

These movements aim to strengthen the leadership and increase the effectiveness of State Police structures at the local level.
