The lack of workers seems to be a problem recently in the Albanian market.
Musli Rexhmati, who has been running a car wash in Tirana for 20 years, where cars and carpets are washed, seems to have a shortage of staff.
What has drawn attention to this laundry is the sign he has put up, where he is looking for workers with a very high salary of 900 thousand lek per month.
"We are looking for staff and the payment is 900,000 ALL per month, plus insurance," he told TCH.
"Everyone is laughing, they think it's a joke, but the truth is that I don't joke. We have been practicing this activity for more than 20 years, the work is going well, but the service needs to be increased and this is achieved by having good staff. Yes, we are not finding staff", said Musli Rexhmati.
For two months, the 38-year-old has been looking for laundry workers, even though the salary of a laundromat has tripled, according to him, the salary of 900,000 old leks per month is not attracting people.
"I was forced to triple the salary for him after the good staff, I put a sign there 900 thousand ALL plus insurance, just don't run out of staff. It's been a couple of months since I put it up that I took it down because I don't have the staff I want. At the moment, I need 7 people, but it seems difficult to me", he said.
Not only Musliu was facing the lack of labor force, we find the same problem in different sectors.
