The weather situation in our country has worsened. Meteorologist Tanja Porja warned in "Dita Jonë" that a powerful cyclonic storm is approaching the Albanian coast, bringing strong wind and short-term showers. According to her, the day started with rain, while showers and heavy snow are expected in the country.

"Today started with rain in the north, it is expected to rain in the morning, in the following afternoon rain with medium intensity in the entire territory. A powerful cyclonic storm remains in southern Italy and the Adriatic. The cyclonic storm is approaching the Albanian coast, but only that, causing the wind to strengthen in the maritime spaces and territory. We expect strong southeast and east winds today. This strong wind carries strong cyclonic storms. We have short-term rains in the southern and northern ends today, less in the center and for several days in a row".

Meteorology announced that the snow will fall at 800 meters above sea level and will be several centimeters.

"The snow descends at 800 meters above sea level, a few cm. Snow showers are isolated during the morning in the far north and northeast. Fewer in the southeast".

According to her, the thermometer dropped slightly to minus 1, while the maximum was 14 degrees Celsius. After 10:00 this morning the thermometer will continue to drop.
