Until noon, the Albanian territory will be dominated by clear skies and frequent clouds in most of it, where the densest clouds will appear in the northern areas of Albania. It is predicted that the second part of the day will bring the development of clouds, generating rains throughout the territory of the country, where the heaviest rains will be in the northern areas and partly in the center of the territory.

Intensification of precipitation is expected throughout the country during the night. Air temperatures will increase to minimum values ​​but remain constant at midday, fluctuating daily values ​​from 4°C to 18°C. The wind will blow strong at a speed of over 60 km/h from the mainly Southern direction, bringing to the shores of the Adriatic and the Ionian waves over 5 fronts.

The Republic of Kosovo will appear under the influence of unstable weather, causing there to be dense clouds and little and isolated rain in most of the territory of Kosovo, but the second part of the day will bring accumulation of clouds generating rain and snow where they will be most visible in the cities of Pejë-Gjakovë. Deterioration of the weather is expected during the late hours of the night. Air temperatures will rise slightly in the morning, but midday will maintain constant values, fluctuating daily values ​​from 2°C to 15°C. The wind will blow moderate during the morning and strong in the afternoon at a speed of 55 km/h from the direction mainly Southwest.

Stable atmospheric conditions will prevail in the Republic of MV, causing clear skies to be dominant, but light cloudy passages will appear from time to time. It is predicted that the afternoon and evening hours will bring the development of clouds, generating rain showers in the western and northwestern areas of MV as well as light snowfall in the deep mountainous areas. An increase in precipitation is expected after midnight. In terms of air temperatures, they will increase during the morning hours, but the midday maintains the same values, fluctuating the daily values ​​from 3°C to 18°C. The wind will blow moderately during the morning but will strengthen during the afternoon, reaching a maximum speed of over 50 km/h from the South-Southwest direction.

The Baltic region as well as Eastern Europe will appear under the dominance of unstable air masses, causing snowfall and frost to be present throughout the 24 hours. The situation in the Ballknai peninsula as well as some areas in the center of the continent where rain and snow will be dominant, occasionally strong mini-storms are expected, while with frequent clear and cloudy conditions the two extremes will appear of Europe, the Scandinavian peninsula as well as the Iberian peninsula.
