Others have been revealed from the SPAK file on the criminal drug trafficking group, which includes former police chiefs, Erzen Breçani, his son Eralbi Breçani, Ervin Mata and other people.

According to the SPAK file, Erzen Breçani is interested in how things are going for Eralb in the activity he is developing. And while today in court Breçani has denied being involved in any criminal event or activity, it appears in the wiretaps that the former deputy director of the Tirana Police knew how narcotics trafficking works in his son's organization, as he wrote in the conversation " he has security at the exit that you organize and distribute quickly ", where in the traffic of narcotics with exit, they refer to the extraction of narcotics from the ports where they arrive without being found and seized by the police.

"...Where are the signs....Where...From where...Is faith gone or is it here...Where on the equator...Is...Do you light it...On the equator who is who starts...In Germany, who do you pass them to...Yes, I'm worried that you are being hunted by Moroccans... Why didn't that Kukian wait for you... But be careful, it's not my job, I was busy with this job for a year... You also said that I'm on the road... Yes, that's where he started from, you tell me for ten days they go out on the road because of the equator, they are late in coming... It's far away... But that friend of yours has been kicked out... Yes, I'm going to the island... I'm sorry, think about how much money you make, but only to finish as a job... Do you have them? safe at the exit that you organize and distribute quickly... Does faith come there...", says Erzeni to his son.

Following the conversation, Erzen Breçani develops several communications where it is suspected that he refers to Ervin Mata's activity, and after Eralbi tells him, Erzen wishes Ervin success.

"….They even started coming at me...It's no problem, but don't mess with him...He with those false fictions that he spoke there, I only respect him as a friend, just that I don't want to stress anymore with his problems that it produces its own problems... Yes, the plane is very controlled... The plane does little and often and the oven is finished by the end of the day... You said it well... Yes, how many kilos will they start... Yes, that's very good... What do you want? he...What country does he live in...They are checking a lot...I just caught the connections in the police...At the check...Yes, because he spoke to me that day, he said, "I'm late, but I'll get back to you very soon, and I realized that he's lost... they are walking... Ishalla are walking mar..."

In another episode, Breçan sends a message to his son about a pistol that has his prints on it and advises him to erase the traces before giving it to some people.

'...And here's the pistol there... If you didn't give me the needle, wipe the comb out because it has my traces and don't leave your traces on me either.. Wait, I'll catch you, the traces will come out... Fingers... Ok ...I don't have a problem that you said in front of everyone, why didn't you beg me for this problem, I was close, I begged you in front of people...I don't need it, I said that I have my education, so I didn't start work if I didn't have an education...And he said to me I brought Elvana to give you the money, you said no, no, I don't want them... I found them, you said... Ok, she said...'
