Also, it turns out that Silvi Shehi, an engineer at "Dricons" sh.pk, after communicating with Vladimir Topi, took the amount of money from his apartment and sent it to Laura Shtetos and then the money went to Secretary Duro.

The money was found in the secretary's office in a closed white envelope where, in addition to the money, there were two A4 format hospital analysis papers in the name of Genci Shteto.
