The capital's police have finalized the anti-drug operation codenamed " The First Link ", arresting two cousins, Saimir Nela and Armand Nela , suspected of supplying cocaine groups and distributors in different areas of Tirana.

The operation began after information was obtained through operational channels, according to which two citizens were transporting significant quantities of narcotics for the purpose of sale.

The services of Commissariat No. 4 located the suspect vehicle and followed it to the area known as "Treshi", where the vehicle was stopped for inspection.

During a thorough search, two packages containing 2 kg and 235 grams of cocaine, as well as a toy pistol, were found in the vehicle.

The driver and passenger, AN, 34 years old, and SN, 31 years old, were immediately arrested.
