The Durrës Prosecutor's Office is preparing the file for the security measure in court against eight people arrested after the violent conflict over the property in Cape Rodoni, among them the former deputy Mark Frroku.

So, the property of 5.4 dynams that has become a "dispute" has been blocked by SPAK for verification.

"The property is blocked by SPAK for verification" said Ana Shtjefni, administrator of "Albanian Touriste Resorte", in an interview for "Report TV".

 "We have taken it with a lease contract. It is in the form of a concession in the initial phase, including the development plan, and once it has completed the activities it has foreseen, it would move to the next phase of development", she declared.
