The increase in the price of oil, which has gone to 258 lek per liter, has become unaffordable for the citizens who try even 'alternative solutions' to fill the car's battery.

Like the case of a 39-year-old man from Elbasan who is in trouble with the police after he was caught "mat" trying to steal oil in a parked truck.

"Specialists of the Crime Investigation Section of the Elbasan Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office for citizens:

EP, 39 years old, resident in the village of Bradashesh, Elbasan, for the criminal offense "Theft", remained in the attempt, as it is suspected that he tried to steal oil in a parked truck ", announced the police.
