The Energy Regulatory Authority (ERE) has announced that it will convene the Board tomorrow, October 7. In this meeting, it is expected to decide on the request for the suspension of the increase in the price of energy.

On September 23, the ERE Board approved the electricity price increase of 42 Lek/kWh for consumption
over 800 kWh/month for family customers for the period October 1 - December 31, 2022. But, a few days ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama postponed it with a month increase in the price of energy and will start from the month of November.
