For more than 48 hours, multiple teams have been on the ground searching for 29-year-old Ardit Beshiri from the village of Shëngjun in Klos.

The young man, while working in a chrome processing factory, was swept away by water and sand as a result of a tank rupture.

Despite all the searches conducted so far, no sign of the 29-year-old has been found, who is suspected of being swept away by the strong current that was created as a result of the collapse of the water tank and sand produced from the processing of chrome material.

The 29-year-old's father, Nerim Beshiri, is appealing to institutions to increase searches with specialized methods, as foot searches are ineffective due to the rugged mountainous terrain and the material that is scattered everywhere. Nerim wants to have a sign of his son so that he has the opportunity to remember him.

"I ask for help from the state, to find one of his fingers and take him home, to the family, because there is nothing greater in the world than losing your son. I call on the state to bring equipment, specialized dogs, tools, to find the son and take him home, to know where to throw a bouquet of flowers. We have been searching here for three days with shovels, there is no tool of any kind. If you have the opportunity, help as a state," he says with tears in his eyes.

Meanwhile, the prefect of Dibër District, Nexhbedin Shehu, was also at the scene of the incident and said that the structures are doing their utmost to find the young man who was allegedly abducted by the flow of water and sand on Saturday afternoon.

A specialized team has been added to the field search teams, which is checking the terrain using equipment that identifies people underground.
